Audrey Pass has enjoyed a 30-year career as a corporate communications and marketing specialist, media relations strategist and Emmy-Award nominated broadcast television producer. She has overseen global campaigns of such iconic brands as Oprah Winfrey, The Second City, CBS and FOX Television, and most recently, the Empire State Building.

Pass currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Empire State Realty Trust,

a leading real estate investment trust that includes the Empire State Building, the world's most famous building. In this capacity, she leads all marketing and brand development, including media relations and corporate communications, digital marketing and social media, event marketing, advertising and promotions.    

Previously, Pass was the Senior Director of Communications and Public Affairs for WNYW-TV/ FOX5 and WWOR-TV/ My9, the Fox-owned flagship television stations in New York. In this capacity, she oversaw press and talent relations, as well as public and community affairs.  Pass served as executive producer of “Good Day Street Talk” and “New Jersey Now.”  She executive produced the half-hour prime-time specials “Special Olympics: Champions Among Us” and the Emmy-nominated “Go To Your Room,” starring Rosanna Scotto and Elvis Duran.  She has also executive produced “Hard Rock Rocks Times Square” starring Nick Cannon; the National Puerto Rican Day Parade, the Hispanic Day Parade, and McDonald’s “Gospelfest.”  Prior to that, Pass was Director of Communications & Public Affairs for WCBS-TV.  She joined CBS from Harpo Productions in Chicago, where she served as Senior Publicist for Oprah Winfrey’s Harpo, Inc.  Before that, Pass was Director of Marketing and Public Relations for The Second City, Inc. and Assistant Director of Marketing and Press Relations for the Museum of Broadcast Communications.   

Pass serves on numerous Boards of Directors, including the New York Women in Communications where she also serves as Treasurer; Alliance for Young Urban Design in the Arts; and the Publicity Club of New York. She was Vice President of Development for the NY Women in Communications Foundation and is a mentor in their student mentoring program.  Pass serves on the advisory boards of Love Our Children USA, Inc. and Stomp Out Bullying USA.  She is the recipient of the Corporate Community Leadership Award from the Puerto Rican Family Institute; the Serving New York Award from the New York State Broadcasters Association; and corporate community partnership awards from Lighthouse International, the National Kidney Foundation, and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of New York.  Pass was honored with a “Guiding Star” Award from AYUDA for Arts and the Partnership for a Drug-Free America’s award for Excellence in Public Service.  Pass was recently awarded a Member Empowerment Grant from NY Women in Communications to pursue digital marketing and social media education.  

Pass graduated cum laude with a BA from Washington University in St. Louis.
