Sopexa USA - Events/PR/Graphic Designer Internship
Company: “Sopexa Food & Wines From France, Inc.” - a marketing and communications agency specializing in promoting French food & wines.
Start Date: Nov 1st
Full time hours (9-5pm Monday-Fridays)
Duties:
- Assist in all aspects within the Events & PR department
- Maintain database of Trade contacts
- Assist Managers with venue selections, partners for events, and wine sourcing as needed
- Assist Managers with administrative duties such as T&E Reporting
- Assist Managers with POS creation and management
- Assist Managers with Press Releases, Media Lists, Sample Shipments, Press Kits etc.
- Assist Managers with Media Coverage Hits & Burrelles Reports systems, Event Recaps etc.
- Assist Managers with Competitive Analysis as needed
- Must have *Photoshop experience! The position entails a great deal of event material creation, i.e. invitations/tasting booklets/welcome boards etc.
- French speaking is a plus, but not required
- Strong Research skills preferred
- Compensation: $500 total per month
