• Skilled in verbal and written English

Responsibilities will include:
• Online research
• Database management
• Social media updating
• Administrative support

This internship is available for school credit.

Sopexa USA - Events/PR/Graphic Designer Internship

• Assist in all aspects within the Events & PR department
• Maintain database of Trade contacts  
• Assist Managers with venue selections, partners for events, and wine sourcing as needed
• Assist Managers with administrative duties such as T&E Reporting
• Assist Managers with POS creation and management
• Assist Managers with Press Releases, Media Lists, Sample Shipments, Press Kits etc.
• Assist Managers with Media Coverage Hits & Burrelles Reports systems, Event Recaps etc.
• Assist Managers with Competitive Analysis as needed

• Must have *Photoshop experience!  The position entails a great deal of event material creation, i.e. invitations/tasting booklets/welcome boards etc.
• French speaking is a plus, but not required
• Strong Research skills preferred
• Compensation: $500 total per month
