Reporter, writer, editor looking for a change
I've been a newspaper reporter for 11 years and I'm in a position where I may be able to take a buyout. I feel this is my chance to make a career change. I have excellent writing, reporting and editing skills that could easily translate to the public-relations or publishing worlds. I'm a people person, professional, responsible and I love a challenge. These skills are needed in every work environment. My interests include weddings, event planning, fashion, new media, luxury products, celebrities, entertainment, home decor, real estate and magazines. I love a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. I'm open to any industry/job where I can use my skills and interests, but also provides an opportunity for growth.
