Corporate Marketing Internship

TNS Media has an immediate internship opportunity within its corporate marketing department.  We are looking for a student who wants to build his or her resume with real world experience.

Our corporate marketing department provides marketing services to corporate as well as to five business units.  Join us and you will work directly with marketing leadership on projects that span marketing, communications and public relations.  You will have ownership of specific, ongoing projects and will also be able to participate on other short-term marketing efforts, as well.

Some of the projects include: drafting copy for marketing initiatives such as the corporate website, newsletters, and monthly internal communications; monitoring TNS Media press; developing sales presentations; serving as a liaison between various departments; and attending marketing planning meetings.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in at least a four-year college degree program with a focus in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations with a strong desire to learn or build on understanding of basic marketing, communications and branding principles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good project management skills
• Outgoing, proactive person
• Ability to work independently, own and deliver on assigned marketing projects
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word
